Dear Martha Hamilton,

Now that I have your e-mail address, I can properly thank you
for your visit last Monday, almost 2 years to the day after
Margaret's death, a visit which has a special significance 
for me, since, as I may have told you before, you were Margaret's 
favorite patient.

Almost 9 years after my Nantucket plumbing installation was 
originally ordered destroyed, its replacement has finally
"passed inspection." My son and I will now try to finish
the house. Of how much I am capable at age 87, remains to
be seen.

Best wishes to you for Thanksgiving, for Christmas and for
