About the Statutory Short Form Power of Attorney, Minnesota Statutes, Section 523.23: I have printed out 4 copies of this form. One of these copies I will complete, ready for Marion's notarized signature and identify myself as the person: "This instrument was drafted by:" For this purpose I need Marion's present Minnesota address. ==> Please e-mail to me Marion's present Minnesota address. If Rebekah is to have a contingent power-of-attorney, there should be separate documents for her. Listing Rebekah on your power-of-attorney form creates two problems. 1) the existing document is subject to challenge because she did not sign it, and 2) in the event of a need for Rebekah to exercise her power of attorney, Rebekah would need to document your resignation/disability/death, thereby introducing another unnecessary legal obstacle. Therefore please advise me whether you want me also to "draft" a form for Rebekah, and/or how many additional forms for her you wish me to print out.
