Dear Nathaniel,

Other than yourself, please do not permit anyone, including Sabine, to enter
or exit the house through the patio door of the Addition. The walkways 
leading to that door are not maintained and any person injuring him or herself
on account of that absence of maintenance would have a valid legal claim for
negligence, against you, against me, and against the two million dollar house.
