Nantucket carpenters fees should be about $40.00 per hour, 
(26.81 statewide, times 1.5114 Nantucket cost of living adjustment.)
What took Mr. Wing 14 hours and 15 minutes to do?)
Estimated labor time: flooring 40 sqft/hour; 
door installation 1 hr. each
Estimated labor cost exclusive of finish carpentry: $2900
Total cost of materials and labor for carpentry :$14,900.
(exclusive of outside decks and inside finish)
Shepley does not quote prices on the Internet
I could estimate materials cost for finish carpentry,
but doubt that finish carpentry materials plus labor would cost more
than $6000. I would also ask Tim to do the tiling. I could show him how.
Maximum of $6000 for tiles and tiling.

We might consider having the plumber at this time connect pump, drain valve, 
pressure tank, hot water tank, toilets, showers, bathtubs and washing machine, 
and asking for "final plumbing inspection" even before bathroom and kitchen 
sinks are installed. That would solve the toilet-shower-clotheswashing issues.
