I hope you are feeling better. As for me, my fecal incontinence is somewhat worse, but manageable. For the first time, the increasing swelling of my feet makes it necessary to open the velcor straps of my shoes before I slip into them. I can't possibly complete the electrical installation by Sunday, but I am pleased to have restored all those complex connections which might have stymied a successor electrician. All lights are now functioning, with the sole exception of the 2nd floor west bathroom which receives power via receptacles not yet installed. All 1st floor outlets are connected and functioning (except for the one at my feet which is buried with dry wall and plaster) but waiting to be placed in theit metal boxes. On the second floor all the kitchen and dining-room 20 amp receptacles have been wired, and remain uninstalled into their metal boxes, because they cannot be tested where the 20 amp circuit breakers have not been installed. On the second floor east side, only all receptacles have been wired, but only one or two in each room are active. Presumably responsible is animperfect wire-nut splice, which I have not yet found. The circuits to the outside receptacles have been wired and tested. The circuits to the three outside lights are installed, but cannot be tested in the absence of light fixtures. I must talk to you about the smoke alarm wiring. Before I leave on Sunday, I will try to make sure that there are no exposed active wires. And now onto the shadow plumbed toilet, and then to work.
