Tim, Thanks for letting me know that you received in the mail today, on March 1, 2019, from Fidelity Investments a check in the amount of $2578.50, which was to have been delivered on 2/28/19. Since you and I assumed that this check would not be delivered, you and I agreed that payment of this check should be stopped. As I reported to you, I spent three hours on the Internet and on the telephone with Fidelity Investments. The agent with whom I finally spoke assured me that payment was stopped, and that the credit for the stopped payment would appear on my account today. As of 7:30 p.m. today, my Fidelity account has NOT been credited with the stopped payment. My past experience with Fidelity is that their accounting is so unreliable that you and I can't know whether they would honor the check if it had been deposited today. Please do not deposit the check at this time. If and when my account is credited with the stopped payment, I will immediately issue an order for a new check. If by Wednesday March 6, 2019 my account has not received credit for the stopped payment, then on Thursday, March 7, you and I should have a telephone conversation to discuss our options. As you know, I want you to get paid as soon as possible. If meanwhile you receive the earlier check for $2800.00 by US Mail, please let me know by e-mail. Ernst
