I have just paid the balance, $7989.00, for the spiral stairs.  They will be delivered to 174 School St, where I will apply the paint and polyurethane.  Please tell me how you think we should proceed if the stairs are not delivered before the day you had scheduled our trip to Konnarock.  I hope you are feeling well.
