Thank you for your letter about suggestions for cabinets, sinks and appliances.  There are many decisions to be made, and I am diffident about my judgment.  The threshold issue: should we discuss this now by e-mail, should we discuss this now by telephone, should our discussions wait until I am back in Belmont, or should we wait until we are next together in the house on Nantucket and can look at what has been done and at what we propose to do. My chief concern, as always, is to make matters easy for you and not to add to your problems, either by errors of commission or of omission.
