Dear Ed, Dear Carolyn, The trip to Massachusetts was uneventful. I got back at 7:30 p.m. last night. I want to thank you again, very much, for your kindness and affection. To see you again, is an important reason why I would like to come back, as soon as possible, but most likely, next April, if at all. As I was driving back, enjoying the cookies Carolyn baked for me, I remembered that I had forgotten: a) one package of cheap doughnuts in the old white enameled bread box in the pantry, and b) next to the berad box, 2 1/2 packages of chocolate chip cookies, and an opened package of crackers. When its convenient, please a) take all this for yourselves, or b) give them away, or c) store then in the freezing compartment of the refrigerator (where the mice can't get them), or d) throw them away. And thanks again for everything. Jochen
