Are you well? I have had no word from you for two days.

On the second floor, Tim has installed all baseboards he is going to install.  He refuses to install baseboards in the kitchen and in the closets; but I have kept my promise to ask, but not insist. On the first floor, Tim has as of this evening, installed baseboards only in the two west bedrooms.  He works mere about 4 hours a day (but charges for eight). Spends much time sitting in his truck. I do not comment or criicise, but the atmosphere here is somber. At this rate Tim will probably finish the baseboards on Friday or Saturday; then he will presumably go home. I will hold out to him the possibilitymof his coming back to install kitchen, bathroom and closet counters/shelving/cabinets; but whether we should ultimately ask him to do so, you and I must discuss.

I am well. I have installed all the outlet covers, duplex and single, except for replacing the low voltage twinned single covers with the double covers, which
have finally arrived, and putting the two basement light switches at the foot of the spiral stairs into an extension box, as soon as it is delivered.
