I am well. The day has gone quickly with my doing nothing more than some writing. 

Tim is finishing the baseboards. He has a reservation to return to the mainland at noon on Tuesday.

When it's convenient, please check the level of oil in the oil tank. It is not refilled automatically, but I must ask Cubby Oil to refill the tank. I usually ask for a refill when the level is between 1/2 and 3/8 full. The gauge is crude and inaccurate.

This week's weather forecast for Belmont is for low temperatures of 32 degrees, which make freezing most unlikely. Switching off the oil burner at these temperatures saves about $10 per day.  I'm not sure it's worth your effort.
