Would you please:

a) at your convenience, but before the snow melts,
replace the 3/4 inch thick plywood on the air-conditioning
compressor to prevent its being crushed by falling ice.
Then weight the plywood with a cinderblock which you can
find either i) lying near the compressor on the wooden rim 
of the moat, or ii) covering the dry well at the bottom of 
the extreme northern end of the moat.

b) at your convenience, empty the mailbox.
