I hope you and Sabine are again comfortable on the Island.
What's on my mind, and I hope my telling you isn't offensive,
is the vulnerability of open casement windows to the gusts of
high wind that occur in Madaket. Be aware that the wider these
windows are open, the greater the risk that a strong wind 
will severely damage, if not destroy them. Please take care
