I awoke very early this morning, anxious about my proposed visit to Nantucket, concerned that I might not be able to continue to compensate for and conceal my illness, whatever it is, with its cough, recurrent diarrhea, dermatitis, ankle edema, urinary and fecal incontinence ...  that I would be unable to get off the Island and end up being tested for Covid and quarantined on Nantucket somewhere else than 3 Red Barn Road - which the Nantucket Health Department would find unacceptable ... You and I must talk about what I should do.
