When Dr. Busch asked me a second time to translate "Verstreut über alle fünf Kontinente", I started to comply with his request out of respect for him personally and for his dedication to the history of our family.  When I asked him for the images in order to be able to translate the captions, he replied that he would attend to that task himself. Dr. Busch asked me only to translate the text; he did not ask me to prepare the translated text for publication. Indeed, if asked, I would reply that I considered myself unable to do so.

Verstreut über alle fünf Kontinente contains the following copyright notice: "This work, including its parts, is protected by copyright. Use of the material without the permission of the publisher and the author is prohibited.  Specifically prohibited are reproduction by electronic or other means, translation, distribution and the furnishing of public access."

Meanwhile I am trying to find time to prepare for publication three volumes of my own writing, with the hope of finding the addtional time to finish a fourth volume before I die.
