Thank you for the e-mails which you forwarded and which I have erased as you requested. There's never been any question in my mind about the quality of your work and about how much effort it requires. It's late, and I have only two short comments. In the years when I was interested in academic philosophy, the prominence of W.V.Quine and the thought patterns he espoused seemed like insuperable obstacles to me. I didn't despise him. I subsequently concluded that mathematical logic is a sterile variant of mathematics which strips language of its poetry, its music, and ultimately of its meaning. I interpret the prominent role of mathematical logic in contemporary academia as a phenomenon of scholasticism, where the university becomes an echo chamber that amplifies discourse which is otherwise meaningless. I have become expert at improvising intellectual models which display such limited understanding as I might have, while concealing my incomptence.
