My suggestions:
 
1) You negotiate with Emilia Nielsen the hours of the six times when she will 
pick up the dog, and instruct her how long, and where to take him.

2) You give Emilia a key to the kitchen door.

3) You take Emilia to the second floor head of the stairs in the old part of the houses, to show her that is the place where I will hand her the dog on a leash.

4) At the end of their walk, Emilia will return the dog on the leash where
she picked him up, and hand me the leash
