Date: November 24, 2022 Hi Jochen: We are returning to our lifestyle of old following my early October’s brain surgery and now continue on the mend. My energy level is lower than before so I take a nap each day which tends to help. Starting my old exercise routine, but slowly. Now returning to going out with friends and do grocery shopping with a mask (as I don’t want to catch the flu, a cold or Covid). Had an EEG this week to determine if I can get off seizure meds and drive on highways again. Had a lovely Thanksgiving with our daughter, Lynda’s family. Had good news…no need for Proton surgery as the two entails from my tumor are quiet and stable. Will need to continue with MRIs. Planning to travel to St Petersburg & Miami FL with all our 15 kids & grandkids during Christmas week and into January. Lots of other trips also planned for February and March to escape the cold of Illinois. Hope you & you son and his family are well. All the best for good times ahead! With love from afar. Don (& Jan)
