617-548-5768 January 30, 2023 Dear Carolyn, dear Ed, Last Saturday, January 28, was the last day I found the four surveillance cameras at our house to be functioning. Since then, none of them works. Yesterday, I notified Appalachian Power by Internet that there was no electricity at the house. Today, I checked with Appalachian Power by Internet and was instructed that there was in fact no power outage at the house. Today also I checked with Brightspeed by Internet and was instructed that the Modem was inaccessible. Would you be good enough to go up to the house and find out what's going on. Please check: a) that there is in fact electricity, b) that the computers on the porch have not been disturbed, and c) notify the power company or the telephone company, as appropriate.
