I haven't looked at any of this for so many years, that I
don't know how ashamed, embarrassed or apologetic I should be
for my presumptuousness. I borrowed Einstein's motto:
"Es lebe die Unverfrorenheit!" (Long live Insolence!)

When I tried to send you the raw pdf files, the copies, totalling
27 megabytes, which I always send to myself were rejected by my server
for being too voluminous. If my mailing was delivered to you,
I hope it did not constipate your computer.
