Dear Nathaniel,
I hope that you and Sabine are well and comfortable on the Island and stay as long as you wish.
Before you leave, please:
a) turn off the electricity to the hot water tank at the switch immediately above or behind that tank, (to save electricity)
b) turn off the electricity to the submersible pump in the water well at the switch on the wall behind the blue pressure tank.
c) drain the hot water tank.
d) drain the pressure tank,
e) reposition the video cameras in the kitchen and in the north east second floor bedroom
f) leave a ceiling light on in the second floor west bathroom, and leave the door to that room open.
g) make sure the bulkhead door is latched.
h) close and lock all windows.
i) close and lock all doors.
j) forgive my compulsiveness.
