July 3, 2023 Dear Carolyn, dear Ed, For the past few days, since June 29, the four video cameras with which we monitor the house, have failed to function properly. To find out what is going on, the first step is to recycle the modem and the router. For this purpose, at your convenience, please go to the porch at the eastern end of the house, and pull out the electrical plug of the extension cord which is plugged into the receptacle on the stud between two of the windows. Please leave this extension cord unplugged for 60 (sixty) seconds, then plug it back in. That is all I ask for the time being. I will be able to tell from the Internet, whether the problem is solved. It isn't necessary, but please feel free to telephone me at any time 617-548-5768 The best time to telephone is between 12 noon and 12 midnight.
