c) Nathaniel came and brought me the mail. He was glum and taciturn, Bucharest was mentioned neither by him nor by myself. He did not refer to my letter and neither did I.

d) The mail included the correct cellphone replacement battery, and the cellphone now works "as good as new". If you have not already done so, you might consider taking the erronerously sent replacement battery to Whole Foods before the end of the month for $11.99 credit.
