I forgot to tell you and Sabine, the old part of this house, 
including the doors, inside and outside, is coated with lead paint. 
To reduce the risk of lead poisoning, if you scrape or sand this paint, 
be careful not to inhale any dust. Wear gloves if you remove paint chemically.
