Thank you for your letter.

a) I will comply with whatever you and Klemens decide.
b) My advice is to go ahead and pay the bills as issued
c) Because all they understand is money, and are lying in wait to assess "late charges" whether warranted or not.
d) If we overpay they will give us credit.
e) If we underpay they will demand more.
f) Please give me permission to pay NOW, before I forget.
