     I tried to buy 3 cartons of American Olean Stoneworks ST03
Ash Blend at United Distriubutors, 20 Terry Ave.  Burlington
01803. They had me sign a Sales Draft for $188.60; a copy of
which I have on my desk, did not give me an invoice,  sent me to
their stock room, tried to persuade me to accept three boxes, one
of which was broken to the extent that the tiles fell out,
without any label indicating they were American Olean, or
Stoneworks.  The boxes were imprinted entirely in Italian, and
were obviously of Italian origin. I refused to accept them, and
the salesman who had obtained my credit card information said
that he had cancelled the transaction.
